Unused coaching sessions are 50% refundable, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 90 days after purchase date.
Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets purchased for our live events are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferrable for 14 days after purchase date.
Retail Product Refund Policy
Products that you receive in the mail (like books, workbooks or kits) can be returned for a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 90 days after purchase date. Please mail products to: 11017 Brockbank Dr, Dallas, Tx 75229. You must use certified mail to qualify. You will receive a refund check for the product within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
Electronic-only Product Refund Policy
